This two day, intensive seminar provides a comprehensive understanding of current best
practice leadership strategies and tools for those in the science / R&D field.
The program features:
- 360 surveys for each participant to receive objective data about their communications effectiveness.
- Strong focus on participants applying seminar skills and tools between sessions
- Science/ R&D applications of current best practice leadership strategies and tools
- Enrollment is limited to 15 to ensure program relevance and individual focus
