HAMPTON — Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies of Hampton received international standards certification from the National Standards Authority of Ireland Inc. BE-ST develops, manufactures and markets reusable and disposable medical devices for use in arthroscopic, spinal, sports medicine and general orthopedic surgery. "Our company specializes in product development and manufacturing for both our own purposes and well-established health care marketing companies. We strive to have the highest standards for everything that we do and (the International Organization for Standardization certification) proves it," said Robert E. Brissette, president and founder of BE-ST. The certification, ISO 13485, showcases BE-ST's ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services, said Chris Morrell, vice president of NSAI.
